Unbound Glory Farm, Pomfret – a small vegetable and flower farm in Pomfret, CT that practices Regenerative Agriculture. They have veggies, including many heirloom varieties, berries, herbs, cut flowers, free-range chicken and duck eggs.

Willow Valley Farm, Willington – located in Willington, CT. They have taken the CT NOFA Farmer’s Pledge to use all organic practices and materials. Crops include vegetables (many heirloom and open pollinated varieties), herbs, blueberries, mushrooms, and more. They also run a vegetable CSA from May-September.
